Joel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law and later pursued advanced study in estate planning, completing an LL.M. in Wealth Management from Texas A&M University School of Law. He is a proud member of the Colorado Bar Association, the First Judicial District Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and multiple CBA sections, including Elder Law, Business Law, Real Estate Law, and Trust & Estate Law.

Before founding Clear Creek Law, Joel enjoyed a distinguished career as a technology executive, entrepreneur, and Emmy Award-winning innovator. His leadership spanned industries such as telecommunications, advanced advertising, and enterprise software, where he developed a reputation for practical problem-solving, clear communication, and real-world results. Today, Joel brings that same strategic mindset and client-first philosophy to every legal matter he handles.
